depends on your location.. here in america religious stuff is ruled out for DID. reincarnation would not be DID.

that said there is such a thing as dual diagnosis. this is when a person has more than one problem. for example I have a friend that firmly believes their body born person (name on the birth certificate and person they were before they became DID) was reincarnated from the salem witch trials.

but due to extreme trauma her mind dissociated into having dissociative type alternate personalities.

the result is the body person (the one the alters reside with in) is a reincarnation but the alters are not and the alters were not created through reincarnation, they were created under extreme abuse of the body person before the age of 5.

So you see this is a very complicated question... being DID and reincarnated can happen but theres alot more involved in this then just reincarnation and DID, theres more elements then what I posted here that treatment providers look at simply because reincarnation is a religious belief so it has to be ruled out of the DID side of things... very complicated for my friend when she was being diagnosed.
