Well I don't live were I want to live for the same problem lack of transportation ,no buses or anything which makes everything exponentially harder , I used to have a CDL but had to turn it in due to lack of nerve or muscle control residual from my disease , job is long gone and never coming back.
Call your Prescriber and tell them you are ought , ask them to call in refills , it is customary to provide refills to get you through to your next appointment, if you run out and wait you could be a victim of "second chance syndrome" many psychopharmacolic drugs don't work as well or at all if you go off them and then back on , its pretty common and sucks , so don't let yourself be a victim blow the docs phone up get them called in and find away to connect with your meds, its not good for you to lose control of things and get stuck in rut , no matter how alone you feel , your a member of a group with lots of members some declared some still think "it's just them" , being rural is very isolating to begin with dont let MI make it worse .
Peace
