Anyone tips for eating when you're not hungry? Besides meals I try to eat more often and I really intend to eat a substantial amount - for example I'll take a full bag of crisps or liquorice or something with me to my room, intending to eat a lot, but after a few crips or two pieces of liquorice I really start to distaste it. The only thing I still like to eat is popsicles, but that doesn't really make up for the minimal amount of food I consume besides the popsicles. My favourite dishes - I don't really like them anymore.
I don't want to become underweight again (I was severely underweight a few years ago because I barely (and later: not at all) ate due to the depression) because I'm tired enough already. Also, I don't want my parents interfering with my eating habits (I live with them) which they will certainly do if I continue to lose weight.
Anyone tips?
