maybe a less densely sedating drug for your problems? I remember briefly trying old school seroquel, and it was horrible. I felt like I was being poisoned, somehow...the sedation? the antihistamine thing? maybe I'm just not a good for for low potency tranquilizers? I dunno...

I've done better on Abilify. Actually, even Risperidone was nicer to me than Seroquel. It also raises a question, probably one you might want to think about asking your doctors: do you need a full dose tranquilizer, all the time, for your problems? I'm doing better now on fewer drugs, including far less tranquilizer. Turns out...Abilify wasn't as terrible as the other neuroleptics I'd tried, but now that I've tapered so much...I see that it was still creating problems, mental as well as physical. awesome.
