Today I got around 14.5k steps. Less than usual because I got a ride to and from work.

Also did FitnessBlender's Day #1 workout in their 5 day challenge for busy people, with TheDragon! The focus was on HIIT and lower body. It was fun to work out with someone, we both got a good sweat going.
