I have a 29 YO daughter who has bp and a 23 YO who has depression. They are both living at home and it's working pretty well. They're just more comfortable at home and don't really want to pay official rent again. (We charge my daughter $300/ month...son is going to school so lives for free). Both of them lived away from home and they decided to come back. I anticipate they will move out at some point, but nothing would surprise me. I actually like them at home as we know they are seeing their pdocs and tdocs and taking their meds. They're highly functional with a little emotional support.

My middle son has no MI and does really well. He is at home too because he got a job close to our house. He was living 1 1/2 hours away. He pays the $300/month also. He is saving for and almost has the money for a house down payment. He is pretty comfortable at home, too, though, and can save money like crazy.

I do cook dinner for everyone. My daughter does all the dishes as she is working part time right now. We're lucky enough to have a house cleaner. I think otherwise we'd fight horribly over house cleaning.
