I live with my mom, dad, grandmother, and sister

Trying to pay off undergraduate loans, and fortunately grad school was free, so I don't have any loans for that

My ultimate goal is to get a place of my own, hopefully within the next year or two. We'll see. I'm not sure if I want to build my own house or buy an existing one. I really don't want to purchase my own condo in the city, as I'd much prefer a house.
