I think maya is right. A lot of anxiety attacks start out as small stuff and then all of a sudden we are thinking OMG where did this come from? We know that what we are stressing about is not rational but "rational" plays such a small part in anxiety issues.
Sometimes the issues that are causing the problems are big and bad and right out there in front of our face but other times they are not so well defined, as to why they are causing so much problem.

If you can, get your goat back in the house where she belongs... I can't believe I just said that : ) You obviously care a great deal for your pet and it is sad that she is in the barn because of this "monster".
You found a way to put your anxiety attacks out of your life before and I hope you can do this again. What worked before for you? Can you apply it again?
