I'm sorry you are having to deal with so much right now ... and especially at this time of the year. I'm sure the last thing you needed right now was the stress of exams on top of everything. And then now with your T booked up ... not good

It was nice of your pdoc to offer you that though.
Strategy to cope with christmas?
-Hang out here
-Try and take some time for you
-Don't let your family push your buttons
-Seek out friends/family that you trust
-Distract yourself by reading, or watching movies.
-Make a list of things you'd like to do, whether that be people you want to see, or things you'd like to get accomplished.
-And if things get bad, keep handy another list of people you can contact, numbers you can call, etc.
And I hope you know that you can contact me WHENEVER. Thats what friends are for, and they're especially useful around this time of year, and when things get tough.
We all care about you here. SO much. Please try and keep that in mind .... sometimes just knowing you're not alone can help.
