I can so relate. Other than the occasional mild hypomanic or depressed episode, I've been really stable over the past couple of years to the point that I have doubts from time to time that I truly am Bipolar 1. Then I remember that I've been diagnosed as such four different times by four different mental healthcare providers, and my manic episodes are the stuff of legend in my family. So I kinda have to believe it.
