I have had really bad days for long lengths of time and a few ok days. Good days are rare. I've accepted that. On the ok days I try to catch up on some of the things that I've gotten behind on. During the bad days I distract myself by watching tv, reading, doing yoga, listening to music and snuggling with my pets. My daughter is a big comfort to me as well. I hope to have more good days in the future. Best wishes.
