Many members here, including myself, can relate to depression-related struggles. I'm sorry to hear that you are going through a rough time and feel alone in this.

Sounds like a med adjustment may be a good idea, as well as seeing a therapist if you feel that might be helpful.
One thing that really helps me as well is exercise. It can be as little as walking for a few minutes, just getting the body moving can make such a big difference. I know this is easier said than done when the depression is severe, but when you feel able to, I highly recommend trying to fit in some exercise.
