I have been sent home when suicidal before, on more than one occasion. I'm in the UK so maybe that makes a difference..there's normally not any beds.

Sorry for dismissing everything you suggested. You're right I do want help. I'm just scared that I will reach out irl and just get rejected and feel a whole lot worse. Currently trying to work up the courage to call my care coordinator and let her know what's going on...
