If that's the case, then everyone that's a virgin would be considered asexual. I'm pretty sure experience isn't required to consider someone straight.

How do you determine sexuality? What gender(s) are you attracted to? What gender(s) do you fantasize about? Even if someone is attracted to women doesn't mean they're going to act on it (could be religious pressures or lack of opportunities).
