YOGA YOGA YOGA - not only does it make u feel present but it's way easier than cardio which deters most ppl from working to begin with.
Drinking lots of tea - chamomile, ginger, green
playing mind stimulating games
making art - whatever form it is. Right now is an ideal time to create.
