My plan for exercise is to go to the gym after lunch. I will walk on the treadmill for thirty mins. I might add barbells. For breakfast, I will cook soaked oats gluten free. Then for snack I will have yogurt. Then for lunch I will have steak and veggies. For dessert I will have a date and maybe some dark chocolate. For snack I will have coconut oil chips. For dinner, i will have chicken and green juice, And finally for evening snack I will have popcorn.
