i see your dilemma alright.. a place i worked at once had us log our time, task by task.. including break time, chat time, etc.. we were promised no reprisals..

it was interesting to see where my time went and it was funny cause i used a lot of time recording the time

i think its whole purpose was to make me time conscious... i guess it worked!
