pdoc appointment went well and follow up time increased. there are actual refill counts on my scripts now as well. Yay! OTOH, the longer I'm stable the more willing people are to recount my failings of ages past it seems. So I'm learning to apologize graciously, and own how I made them feel. Even if I can't really remember the events well....

I suppose that's a good thing as well, but it also feels sad.
