I got to know this girl over 3 or so months, then dated briefly for a couple months. I just cannot get over her. I dated another girl for 2-3 months and that didn't help. I felt guilty for not reciprocating her feelings! UGH!

Maybe it'll just take more time. I see her at a distance and then duck behind a tree or something equally as crazy. (using that term tongue in cheek)

I asked her months ago to not come to where I work and she's honored that. So, I need to let go. I still cannot face her. This makes me feel stupid and weak! I wish I could give myself an inch of compassion like I'd give somebody else in this situation, like my sister who went through a rough divorce 1.5 years ago.

What are your experiences that leave you feeling stuck and silly. I'm a year from 60 and feel like I'm 15!
