I'm sorry you are having a tough time with staying in bed. Up until about a year ago, I lived in my bed as well. Now I've migrated to the recliner in the den so not much difference although I interact with family more now.
My therapist had me list 3 small (I mean really small) tasks to do each day. Once I completed those I could either go to another 3 or stop and feel good that I had accomplished something. Some days this works really well and I get motivated and even get out of the house and keep moving and sometimes not.
