It's possible. To be sure though you should see a therapist. I'm not sure if you are in high school or college, but either should have a social worker or school psychologist that you can work with to start.

I also don't do well communicating with people face to face. Although I suppose I might have Social Anxiety too, my diagnosis is actually Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) and Complex PTSD.
