Yes. Stable enough. But I have (had) both mixed and stable episodes. What remains are BPD and very mild BP "episodes", more like a slow, gradual, continuous change, which is hard to separate from the BPD noise and silencing.

It causes instability, changeability. Fearing that will leave an emptiness between pain and joy and a greater divide.
