A few days ago, I would have been considered "not taking my meds right," since I lowered my Seroquel on my own, but I am relieved that I got the permission to remain on the lower dose by my pdoc, and she prescribed me a 30 day supply. I'm so glad! Now, I'm taking everything the way I should.
