I just got over my sugar binges....its like i never stopped drinking.....sugar and alcohol withdrawals have a similar effect, but sugar is not as potent for symptoms.
I mean....alcohol puts on the weight gain, and the sugar did too....I feel like Im over both now...so on to the healing and recovery of day 13....
My immediate goal is to get thru this weekend....my next goal is 21 days....I read where 21 days is the bodys response to habitual changes....lets hope that sticks...
My goal after that is 30 days....one month...that would be a proud day...
These goals are not only to abstain from alcohol, but processed sugar foods.
