I do and have for most of my adult life. I've had my current therapist for about 4 years. He's great, but I'm very stubborn and I also have some weird feelings toward him (I'm super attached), so sometimes we both get frustrated.

He mainly tries to teach me DBT skills for dealing with strong emotions. It helps when I let it. Being in therapy reminds me to keep trying. I think without it I'd give up on trying to get better.
