So Thursday I met with my t and discussed some strategies to stay out of bed and not be in it and waste the day away. I also added a daily to do list that I prepare the night before. So far so good. Today was tough though. My fourth day in a row to the gym, although my energy was depleted and had crappy back workout I still chugged. I need to clean any dishes left from last night organize my love seat (yesterday was clear off ottoman) and pack and ship something I sold on eBay. Oh yeah and most important prepare tomorrow's to do list. Ugh I am so tired today though.
