Your pdoc can probably argue that going off either Seroquel or Latuda will destabilize you since you've been on both of them for a while. At least that's what I would ask my pdoc to say.

I guess if you ultimately get denied, could you ask about taking Benadryl in the interim?

I wonder if your insurance requires you to tell them why you're on both. If they ask why, I wouldn't admit that Seroquel is used for sleep because then they'll probably say "go try ambien or something and prove that it doesn't work"
