I am looking to practice self-care by creating a morning and night time "Beauty Routine" which is something I have never considered. My goal is to do positive, reinforcing activities as I get ready in the morning and unwind at night to make me feel good about myself

I wanted a simple list that would be rewarding and not an overwhelming chore, and I am asking here for ways to take some of these very basic tasks and give its "oomph" so that they feel rewarding, invigorating, relaxing...fun! because several of my ideas are very basic tasks to get me to take care of myself, but to make them a reward will be a huge help for my overall well-being.

Here are some ideas for my morning routine:
Have a cup of coffee
Soothing and repairing hand and feet lotion
Nourishing chapstick or lip gloss
Applying eyeshadow and mascara
Wearing contacts
Deodorant
Wearing clean clothes
Stretches
Mindfulness and meditation
Read my Jesus Calling book
Read my Heart of Meditation book

Here are some ideas for my nightly routine:
My favorite tea
Foofy smelling all-over body lotion
Painting my nails
Shower and shave
Stretches
Mindfulness and Meditation
Coloring/Drawing
Crocheting
Guided imagery and Affirmations
