Cake, if hubby is snapping at you he isn't hold it in. He's holding it until it pops out as nastiness. I used to do the same.
It would pay me to watch the weather reports. There's a tropical storm sitting out in the Gulf bearing down on poor ol' Louisiana. They always trigger a flare for me. This is weird. It doesn't do anything to ease the pain or exhaustion, but I'm always relieved when I can identify what triggered a flare.
