Do you always have an underlying feeling of depression? I switched meds recently and don't feel the helplessness and hopelessness I used to feel. But still feel apathetic...no motivation to do anything...want to sleep all the time...

I'm wondering if I'll always have an underlying feeling of depression? I feel like it's something that meds can't solve. I want to tell my therapist and pdoc that I feel good, and I'm unable to do that.
