Today I got around 14k steps from being at work and walking home.
I also finished a very difficult 32 minute long HIIT workout from FitnessBlender. I had to take longer breaks and even replace an exercise or two with something simpler, but I got a very good sweat going and felt exhausted afterwards. I'll post the link to anyone interested, it requires no equipment but be warned it is difficult!
