So about 5 years ago I applied for a job which, I didn't get. I was very devastated by it as I thought it was a slam dunk. In fact there were 4 candidates... of the 4, the most unqualified got the job. Since that time I have grown to feel i dodged a bullet.

This piece of crap fired his secretary 18 months before she qualified for retirement. As reason therefore... he said she didn't work. But the reality was that she had been working for him for 24 years so that was bull. Other people offered her work so that she could get retirement. I never had a kind word for him since.

Then he made an major error at work that put his competence in question. But everyone gets one. However, recently he made another error that was STUNNING. I cannot even tell you how bad this error is. It completely calls into question if he even isn't addled. It a decision that was made out in public and everyone knows had to be 100% on him. There was only one other person beside him at the time but the buck stops with him.

What did he do? Fired the person who he hired instead of me. The person who was standing beside him when HE made the error. She was the scapegoat for his mistake. As if anyone buys that. And he claims it is for a non related reason.

The good news... the agency that employs her refused to let her go. They will keep her on and find other work for her.

It is disgusting. DISGUSTING.

I take comfort that this person will face consequences for this. He probably will have to retire. I hope he has to resign.
