I am getting ready to do inner child work with my therapist. Have any of you ever gone through it? Was it difficult? Did it help?
I'm nervous because I have a feeling this work will bring up more feelings than any other work I've done. I have a huge wall up especially with people who want to express care and concern and it's all due to my mom and experiences in my childhood. My T. is hoping doing this work will take down the wall and open me up to others.
