schizoaffective isn't a personality disorder it's schizophrenia and Bipolar mixed together basically even with your mood stable you still have psychosis. Which it seems like your talking about. Usually the treatment for SzA is the same as BP except for a higher level of anti psychotic medication. When do you see your dr again? Does your therapist know what's going on? A higher Anti psychotic may help with anxiety too.
