This morning I went bowling with my brother and his family. Not the most intense exercise but it does count as something.
I also took a short 15 minute walk home from the bus depot.
I also just finished a 37 minute cardio workout from FitnessBlender. It was definitely less intense than yesterday's HIIT workout, but I still sweated a lot and was sore in my lower body from the previous day's HIIT, which made things more difficult. Not sure if I've posted this workout before but I will again just in case.
