It was intersting and obvious to me how my pets were behaving after the death of my mother. They all clustered around me, wanting to be ON me! The yellow coon cat, who just peed on my clothes and about whom I just posted in a separate thread wanted to be with Mom ALL the time. He wanted to be on her bed or near her and he even aggravated her, keeping her awake at night.
My old kitty...a stray, who has been with me longer than any of my other pets, DEMANDED to be on top of me for several days!
I think pets are much more sensitve to such things than we can percieve or give them credit for.
