PTSD means Post traumatic stress disorder.It's a mental problem that develops after experiencing or witnessing a life threatening event (trauma) diagnosed by a mental health professional and treated with medications and psychotherapy.

I'm not sure why you keep saying it's a disability for sure and you also said in your other thread it's a physical problem that requires a physical solution.It's a mental condition not a physical condition.Maybe you are misunderstanding what PTSD is?
