PTSD means Post traumatic stress disorder. It's a mental problem that develops after experiencing or witnessing a life threatening event (trauma) diagnosed by a mental health professional and treated with medications and psychotherapy.
I'm not sure why you keep saying it's a disability for sure and you also said in your other thread it's a physical problem that requires a physical solution. It's a mental condition not a physical condition.Maybe you are misunderstanding what PTSD is?
I am sorry that you perceive my opinions as attacks, they are not, they are merely opinions.

[emoji23] I'm glad you all don't have the level of ptsd I am talking about. Medication treats the symptoms. Therapy gives you tools to deal with the problems. Both of these require daily effort. I find it interesting and amusing that rather then leaning and expressing empathy , you're all trying to correct me. I thought this was a mental health support forum. I sure hope that some newly diagnosed person doesn't wander in here . Some of us get diagnosed by the social security psychiatrists, I'm thinking we need a different forum. Good for you your psychic injuries aren't that severe. Some of us weren't so fortunate.
