thats good that hes already neutered. that takes away like 3/4 of the concerns about leaving him outside. i agree with the others in talking to your therapist about it because its a well known fact that having a pet decreases your chance of heart attack and other illness and increases your life span. good luck with your landlord. you never know, they might be very understanding. or you can just do what we did and not tell them lol i wouldnt advise that though.
