Lately I have been suffering from almost daily "crying spells", periods of time when I feel overwhelming sadness and can't stop myself from balling my eyes out for a couple of hours. During these horrible "down times", I feel very panicked and tend to always reach out to my parents for help- only to soon realize that there really is no way they can help- the feeling won't go away. This is really starting to worry me, as I have just started a new job and am quite paranoid that one of these "spells" may hit me during work and all hell will break loose. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to cope during these horrible times?
