Try to calmly let them happen. Don't judge them or yourself. See if things come to mind when you're in this more relaxed state. What comes to mind can help you understand where the starting point of this is. The tears are a reaction to something. See if you can discover what that is. Often it's a fear of some kind. .. Fear of being alone, fear of failure, fear of independence, and so on.
It's a mystery to be explored!
