No. I'm straight and I don't talk to my T about it. I've talked about my past boyfriends before, but I'm not interested in dating right now, so I don't talk anything dating/sex related. But I guess if things changed dating wise, then sure.
But IMO, if you struggle with anything related to your sexuality and you need help with whatever it is, then I think it's worthwhile to bring it up in therapy. Therapists will not judge you for who you are or what your sexuality is. And even though we live in a world full of hate, we all deserve to be happy, confident, and proud. So do what you need to do to get the help you need.
