THE VALUE OF TIME

So what's this time that we can't see
that ticks away for you and me.
You cant see it, touch it, nowhere to be found
You wont hear time, not a sound.

Little girls and little boys
we buy them off with lots of toys.
But dont you think that that's a crime?
They wanted no presents, simply our time.....

A silly thing, a man made measure
yet it's valued greater than any lost treasure.
Still many sell their time for a wage
Then time pays them back, we call it old age.

A wealthy man may have money indeed
but what good is wealth if time is his need?
So share your time with those who call,
for such time is wealth and is there for us all.
