Having a full-blown manic episode while working as Director of Health Services for an assisted living company. I was literally dancing in the hallways, laughing hysterically during staff meetings, couldn't keep my mind on any one thing for longer than an instant, let alone do any work...I was a hot mess, and I was enjoying the hell out of it. A short time after this I was out of the best job I ever had, and it all went downhill from there.
