I agree , there should be a way to resolve with respect. Agree to disagree. especially when it is a MH provider who is well aware of the symptoms the client is dealing with. Maybe arguing was too strong of word. Because I think you should be able to ask questions about you MH program you will be entering, without basically saying I don't have time to answer your questions. I expected more from a MH provider. My bad.
