I try to calmly speak my mind to some people but it doesn't stop people from raising their voice at me. I just kinda shut down if people get angry at me and then get angry later. It doesn't seem I can do anything and then I get angry that I can't do anything. I don't take my anger out on people but sometimes I want to. I have gotten angry at people a few times in my life and I just yelled really loud at them.
