For me, what often helps sometimes with having anxiety about attending classes in person is to remind myself that the other students are also quite anxious and nervous about being there. It can really feel as if we are alone in this but it brings me a lot of comfort knowing that what I'm feeling is human and common.
I also learned a while ago from picking up various hobbies/crafts that being uncomfortable is the best place to be to experience growth. So, when you can, encourage yourself to be in these situations because it can be a vicious cycle of not going to class and that heightening the anxiety even further.
