Chief complaints explained to fam doc today are rapid swinging from slightly hypomanic, irritable, ok, depressed, self injury, very agitated/fidgety in the evening. Is Seroquel the right choice? I dunno. I just seem to peak my head out of low moods/depression and glimpse something better then fall back down again. He opted not to Rx AD at this time. Really hoping appt in Aug will be highly informative.
