Today I got almost 14k steps from work, more than I was expecting.

I also did a very low impact cardio routine for a recovery workout, from FitnessBlender. It was 26 minutes total including the warm up and cool down, and it's perfect for beginner exercisers, or those who want a nice recovery day workout. I'll post the link below.
