We discussed seroquel, lithium and lamictal today. All 3 scare me. Feeling pretty good this evening so won't start it yet.

At this point short of calling pdocs myself and even then I'm likely looking at a wait until being seen, the only short cut is to show up at the ER suicidal.

Will be checking in with my fam doc regularly. See him again next week. Will feel guilty tho if I haven't tried the seroquel but I'm terrible at compliance. Fear of side effects takes over.
